Abigail is 10 months old today! She is such a cool baby. Her crawling skills are improving; yet, she still does a funky scooch on her tummy and push her toes instead of hands and knees. She is getting faster, and she loves to stand up in front of the mirror or the couch and just talk to herself, or eat her face (if its the mirror).
We are currently in Chicago, but will not be here long. We are excited to come home and see our family!!!!
Abbi likes books. She can turns the pages of the board books....actually that might be the only part about the books that she likes. She doesn't sit through a regular paper book very well.
Dad put her bloomers on her head to wear as a hat....which soon turned into a face mask. She didn't like it. But it was cute!
She likes to be tossed and thrown and up high in the air.
We made one last trip to Palmyra before we left Rochester NY. The Palmyra temple is in the background there... its just hard to see with all the beautiful trees.
They are setting up the stage for the Hill Cumorah Pageant. I REALLY wish we could have stayed just 2 weeks longer to see it. This is something the ward talks about for months! It is a HUGE deal. I mean huge like thousands of people are involved in this and every ward in the area volunteers to help with something to get it all done. Performers and viewers travel cross-country and probably even across continents to see this, or to perform in it. Someday we should all go!
Happy Abbi!
She likes shoes. I think every baby likes shoes. She especially likes to chew on the shoe laces of Dad's sunday shoes.
Abigail does not have many toys. And the toys she does have are packed in the car, minus a few little things that she can chew on. The trash pile tends to be what she plays with....and the mirror behind her and her clothes that she pulls off the shelf. (the trash is clean... just boxes and bottles, i promise. We had to hide the trash can in the bathroom and close the door)
What a pooooopy mess!
Sleeping Beauty
We eat out a lot! Well everyday, because we live in a hotel room with no fridge or microwave. Abigail is surprisingly well behaved in restaurants...other than grabbing everything in sight so she can eat it. She loves to eat the pickles, lemons, and limes that we always seem to get on our plates in restaurants. She likes em so much that if you take them away while eating she will scream! Which is unusual for this baby. Dad says she's going to like sour candy when she gets older.
