I have to post from my phone now because we do not have internet where we live. So I cannot type under the pictures and explain each one. I so wish I could because it would be easier, but alas, this will have to do.
Eli had a Friday and Saturday off so we took advantage! We went to Vala's Pumpkin Patch. We spent all afternoon and evening there. They had hay rides, acres and acres of pumpkins to pick, a pumpkin chunkin cannon (huge!), haunted houses, storybook lanes, trikes and bikes, food, pig races, pony rides, tractor play ground, and so so much more. We went with our friends the schmidts who have a lil girl who is Abigail's age. They are best buds. The good pics are on Eli's phone (dang it) and will hopefully soon be added to this post. But these girls love to hold hands, play ring around the rosie, and giggle their brains out...its so cute! We had fun at Vala's!
The next day we went to some huge slides in downtown. Abigail loved em! There was a pond with ducks and prettiness all over, right in the middle of downtown Omaha.
Other things we often do are hanging out with Nora when she is awake. She still sleeps great and a lot. Abbi loves her and gives her lots of kisses and tries to pick her up a lot.
We also live across the street from the mall with a really cool play place. Abigail likes to challenge her balance by walking up and down this huge baseball bat. She has great balance! Other kids pull on her and hold on to her to get up, but she never falls; and she can get up by herself.
Abigail was introduced to finger paint. She loves to paint her pumpkin and stick her hands in the paint! Its too bad such fun things are so messy. Oh well.
The sleeping picture is abigail halfway out of her tent on the floor next to her bed, arms spread out straight, totally asleep. Kids sleep in the strangest formations sometimes!
Sounds like things are going well in Nebraska. So glad to see new posts :) We should talk soon.
